xleather connects customers with sellers. We facilitate transactions but don't sell products directly.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information in your profile
- Keeping your account information up to date
- All information entered during checkout
- Reviewing order details before confirmation
Important: Orders sent automatically to sellers. Check info before ordering.
3. Refund Policy
Refund Process:
- Refunds processed with product vendors
- Refund requests after shipping period
- Refund window: 60 days from the order date
- Refunds reduced by transaction fees
- Vendor approves refunds per their policies
4. Order Processing
- Orders are automatically forwarded to vendors
- Shipping times vary by vendor and location
- Tracking information is provided when available
- Report delivery issues within 7 days
5. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed securely through PayPal
- All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
- Transaction fees may apply for refunds
- Payment authorization occurs at checkout
6. Vendor Relationships
- Vendors are independent sellers responsible for their products
- Product quality and fulfillment are vendor responsibilities
- Disputes should first be addressed with the vendor
- xleather facilitates communication but is not liable for vendor actions
7. Limitation of Liability
xleather acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for:
- Product quality or authenticity
- Shipping delays or damages
- Vendor disputes or non-performance
- Incorrect information provided by users
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
